This Shipping Policy explains how Baxy Design processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on baxydesign.com. Because many of our products are custom and engraved, production times and shipping timelines may differ from standard retail purchases.

Production and processing times

All products require a minimum of 7 days from the point of sale before they are ready to ship. This period covers design review, setup, engraving, finishing, and quality control. Larger, more complex, or high‑volume projects may take over 30 days to complete before shipment. Production time can also vary based on seasonal demand and order volume.

Production and processing times are separate from carrier shipping times. Your total time to receive your order is the combination of our production time and the carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping methods and carriers

Once your order is complete, we ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier and service level may depend on:

At checkout, you may see one or more shipping options, and we will use either the selected option or an equivalent alternative that meets or exceeds the promised delivery standard.

Shipping origin and destinations

All orders are shipped from our manufacturing facility located in Dallas, Texas. We are happy to ship worldwide, subject to carrier coverage and any applicable restrictions in the destination country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their local authorities.

Delivery guarantee and insurance

We insure our shipments and guarantee delivery to the address you provide at checkout. If a package is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, repair, replace, or reship your order.

To qualify for assistance, you must notify us within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date and provide any information we may need to file a claim with the carrier, such as photos of damage or confirmation that the package was not received.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number or tracking link, which you can use to monitor the shipment’s progress on the carrier’s website. Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s systems and may not always update in real time.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to address issues or not being collected, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.

If a carrier reports that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your building management, and contacting the carrier for more details. We will assist where possible, but our options may be limited once a package is marked delivered.

Changes, delays, and force majeure

While we aim to meet the stated production and shipping timelines, occasional delays may occur due to events outside our control, such as carrier disruptions, severe weather, supply chain issues, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and complete your order as soon as possible.
